We want you to be delighted with your ICC purchase, if you are not satisfied with your item we are happy to accept a return for refund.
All costs relating to postage for the return are the buyers responsibility. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. We recommend you use a tracked postage service with insurance and ship back in the original packaging and box. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that arrive broken or do not reach us.
Italian Ceramics Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return. For faulty and damaged products we will replace or refund you the cost of the goods as well as the returns postage and your original delivery charge.
We cannot refund any postage costs incurred on a product that we do not consider faulty.
